At Malon's Project, Inc., our mission is to foster a culture of non-violence and positive decision-making within the ADHD community. Our evidence-based programs are designed to educate Justice Involved Youth about the immediate and long-term consequences of detrimental behaviors, promoting healthier, more productive choices.

Our cornerstone program is designed specifically for Justice Involved Youth. This comprehensive initiative emphasizes rational thinking and behavior modification therapy. The program is meticulously designed to instill our 8 positive attitudes - Honesty, Humility, Gratitude, Objectivity, Caring, Responsibility, Open-mindedness, and Willingness - into each participant.

The Faith-Works Initiative is another key component of our programming. This initiative extends our support to program graduates during their Transitional Phase of reintegration. This initiative ensures that participants continue to uphold the high standards set during their program, while also adhering to the rules and regulations of their transition.

At Malon's Project, Inc., we believe in the power of employment as a transformative tool. Therefore, we ensure that every participant is gainfully employed, often within the same field we place them in. Prior to reintegration, the focus shifts to identifying job skills and crafting effective resumes.

Our commitment to the community extends beyond our programs. We collaborate with the Federal Bonding Program and facilitate access to the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program, incentivizing businesses to participate in our mission.
